Created, written and illustrated by Panagiotis Vlamis and published by DFMGames, Tales from Ane Moni: The Keep of Bane is an interactive ‘comigame’, a derivative of the words comic and game, meaning that it is both. This mini visual adventure features branching paths and game mechanics, with adversaries of various difficulties set to test your success or failure on the Table of The Fates, attempting to lower your precious Hit Points.

In this Tale, you control Kotharan the Weasel, a reckless rogue who aspires to become a member of the highly acclaimed Adventurers Guild but disregards (intentionally or not) the Guild Protocols. That’s why he tasks himself with an unauthorised Quest: to loot his heart out in the perilous Keep of Bane so that he can prove himself to the Guild!
Every page presents a different room from inside the Keep, but not all rooms are connected together, therefore, based on YOUR choices, Kotharan can take more than one path to the top!
Tales from Ane Moni: The Keep of Bane is a 24-page black & white A6-sized gamebook, available in PDF and Print, which also comes with a printed Hit Points Sheet and a clear driver’s license case (as shown in the Greek edition below).

If the Kickstarter is successful in raising US$600 in funding, the book will be upgraded to glamorous full-color, for all pledge levels, to truly show off the art with added vibrancy. Also, if US$900 is reached, every pledge level (except Guild Candidate) will receive an illustrated trading card featuring a digital painting of Kotharan, the main hero.
Additionally, a limited amount of comic art sketch cards and covers by Panagiotis Vlamis can also be commissioned or added as pledge Add-Ons (featuring pre-made art) – each showcasing his energetic style, spectacular compositions and impressive technique (see art style examples below).

The Kickstarter campaign for Tales from Ane Moni: The Keep of Bane will conclude on March 1st.
Thank you for honoring us by featuring ‘Tales From Ane Moni: The Keep of Bane’!
